BRINGING PUGLIA TO TURIN
The Panzerotteria was born from the idea of bringing Bari and Apulian cuisine to Turin.
In Bari the food has always been "street", simple and delicious products
and recipes that have been handed down for generations.
The Panzerotto it is certainly one of the most popular and traditional Bari dishes.
Starting from tradition, we decided to bring Panzerotto to the world, offering recipes typical of our roots and interpreting our products in a modern way.
We have included them in our menubombette, popizze, sgagliozze and focaccia from Bari, ideal companions for a nice panzerotto and an ice-cold beer.
All at popular prices because eating well is everyone's right!
